| 🪪 Documentation | Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof and any required medical or travel documents during the journey. |
| 🤝 Welcome & Tour Start | A CallATour representative will welcome guests at the starting point and provide assistance throughout the tour. |
| 🌦️ Tour Changes | Itinerary changes may occur due to weather conditions, road conditions or government regulations. No claims shall arise from such changes. |
| ❌ Cancellation Policy | Cancellation charges apply after confirmation of services, as per supplier and service provider policies. |
| 💳 Refund Policy | Refunds depend on the date of cancellation. No refund is applicable within 7 days prior to arrival. Refund processing may take 30–45 working days. |
| 🏛️ Government Charges | Any increase in government taxes, entry fees, permits or other statutory charges shall be borne by the guest. |
| 🔄 Policy Updates | CallATour reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. |
