🗓️ Kedarkantha Trek Itinerary (4 Nights / 5 Days)

• Day : 01 Dehradun to Sankri (220 km - 10 hrs)

  Your trip is going to start from the capital of Uttarakhand which is Dehradun. After the proxy’s greet the trip will report for Sankri via mussoorie. Sankri is nearly 220km far from Dehradun. It will take minimum 10 hours to reach at the mesmerizing place of trekking first stage for Kedarkantha. In route you can see the yamuna exquisite in the sides of the path for Sankri. Sankri is situated in Uttarkashi District of Uttarakhand which is the beautiful place of the state. Sankri is the place which is 22km before the trekking destination is. • Day : 02 Sankri to Juda Ka Talab (Trek 04 km / 05 hrs)

  This day will take you forward for Juda ka taal. This place is 5km far from Sankri and will be your trekking place. Your trek will start from here. It will take nearly 5hr to reach Juda ka taal and also can depend on your speed of trekking. The beautiful Iceland and the captivating pine and maple forests will make your trip more memorable the view you have going to see is terrific. The alluring peaks seen between route and the wildlife will make your interest more for the trek. The region has many fields, and the river and lakes makes the beautiful scenery for the local people and also every and each tourists. • Day : 03 Juda Ka Talab to Kedarkanta Base Camp (Trek 04 Km / 5 Hrs)

  The beautiful lake of Juda ka taal will be freeze during the winter season. The whole area is steeped and you will do gliding and walk in the ice filled path. The next destination Kedarkantha where the trek was aiming to go. The Kedarkantha is in the elevation of 11,250ft above and approximately 4km far from Juda ka taal. It will take minimum 05hrs to reach on the hill. On route the beautiful mount ranges, dense forest of pine and oak trees, the trail passes steep ridges are captivating. The blown scene of the location is waiting for the camp trekkers with its arc shaped ranges of the captivating range of Bandarpoonch, swargrohini, kalanag, and ranglana. This night will spend by you in the kedarnath base camp.

• Day : 04 Base Camp to Kedarkantha Peak - Juda (Trek 10 Km / 10 Hrs)

  The beautiful morning in the kedarkantha base camp will make you vold but happy with its beautiful scenery too. This trekking day will be strapping. The kedarkantha peak is situated in the 11,250ft – 12,500ft. And 6km trekking you are going to do. It will take minimum 7hrs of trekking but the mesmerising power of the nature will pull up you through it. The whole area will covered by the heavy snow and the pavement will be knee deep into snow. In the top of the peak the local people was making a plan of temple but it was not possible because of many problems after this the lord shiva statue was made by the people which is made the neck of the holy lord shiva. It is known as ‘kanth’ which is the sanskrit word. The temple is dedicated to mata parvati and shrine ganesha. The alluring surrounding is of the SWARGROHINI, GANGOTRI, KALANAAG, YAMUNOTRI, & BANDARPOONCH. This day will make you exhaust and the overnight stay will in Juda Ka Talab.

• Day : 05 Juda to Sankri Back to Dehradun - (Trek 03 km / 02 Hr - Drive 220 km / 10 Hours)

  This day will take you back to the Sankri. Your trek will start from Juda to Sankri 3 Km trek in 2Hrs. After having breakfast at Sankri trip will go back for Dehradun it will take approximately 10 hrs to reach and then later of coming back to Dehradun our guide will take bid adieu from you.
